2 * Leaks in mount eden houses

Hi, I have 2 leaks in my home and rental home in Mount Eden. The one in my house has a slow drip at all times from the bathroom down to the basement. I believe there are pipes in the wall and one will be leaking but I have not cut a hole to check this. The other one in my rental property happens a few minutes after a shower has started. There was a serious leak (fixed previously) and a hole was cut to fix this. The original leak is fixed but now water runs through the hole after a shower. Our tiler has done some work and assures us there is no leak from the shower itself now and the issue must be plumbing. I need some advice to help resolve these issues.
