Concrete footpath and steps at the side of building is too high and causing drainage problems. Scope of work: - Remove existing concrete footpath and steps - Install new drain and connect to stormwater - Lower footpath - Waterproof wall - Replace footpath and steps (concrete / other)

Dean's team completed the job on time and budget - also had to deal with a difficult neighbour. Quick to respond with professional advice. Slight issue with lack of boxing of footpath and different coloured scoria - which was quickly remedied by Dean. Overall, happy with the result.
