Leak under sink in laundry

There is a solid leak under the sink in the laundry. I can't see exactly where it is, and there may be more than one. There are four water valves in the cupboard - 2 for the dishwasher (only hot attached) and two for the washing machine (both attached). I think the leak is the unattached cold 'tap' but hard to tell - the cup I placed in the vicinity of that tap fills up every day! The washing machine and dishwasher outlet pipes also run through the cupboard. Photos attached. Will only consider registered plumbers for this job, please.
