Toilet and Sink Repair

We have a toilet and a sink that need repaired. The toilet appears to be leaking. It started a few weeks ago and has got worse, in one of our female changing rooms. The sink in the other female changing room appears to be leaking out of the u bend (i suppose) just under the sink. Wondered if there was a ring or a seal needed to replace that.

Gaby called us within a minute of awarding the job. She was clear and transparent with her communication from the get go. Was clear with what work needed to be done, and did an excellent job with the three areas we needed looked at.
