Tank hatch expose for servicing - we have the site plan

We are needing the hatch of our properties rain water retention tank exposed so that the tank can be serviced - Synthetic lawn partially lifted Gravel dug out aprox 30mm deep Plastic paving grids lifted Clearning around the tank lid so it can be opened to have the tank serviced Grids, gravel and lawn relaid after service with a circular shape cut where the hatch is for easy access at next tank service We have the plans showing where the tank is located.
