Replace hot water cylinder

I'd like to get a high pressure cylinder installed. I haven't bought one yet, so it might be worth looking at the existing one to see if anything can be done to improve the pressure, but most likely just need a new one installed. It is a half sized cylinder in the crawl space below the house - see the photo. Please send me a message with a ballpark estimate (excluding the cost of the cylinder) and when you would be able to do it. Thanks!
