Electric water tank not heating enough

Hi Water tank is 135 l and has some heating but only enough for a warm ish shower Previously was much nicer The outlet drain seems to also be dripping way more than it usually does - this goes outside Tank is a mega max 135 electric mains pressure hot water cylinder

Well, I had an issue with water heater - They were able to sort it out the very next morning . Sadly the unit needed many more repairs and Chris and his guys went back several times to rectify the issue . they didn't charge for callouts and some parts, when I notified him that the unit wasn't working correctly he was there in a jiffy with a solution
