Remove tapware and mixer from shower, basin and bath, cap ready for builder. Refit new water mixer, shower head, taps for basin, water mixer and spout for bath. All supplied. In WC connect a new basin tap from cylinder just through the wall, probably from the ceiling. Recess to be made by the builder so will be ready to hook up with bathroom area in one visit. Connect waste water pipe and feed through wardrobe behind basin to outside and to waste water drain, apox 2.5 meter length away! To work in with builder when all materials are on sight. 4 to 5 hours work all up! Any extra itemized materials paid for by client if needed! 23 year old house! Minor upgrade to freshen the house.
