Concrete grinding/solid plastering on external foundation wall

We have recently removed a garden wall that was sitting against the house so we now have a section of external concrete wall that needs some solid plaster/concrete render to match the existing. As shown in the photo, there are some blobs of concrete that will obviously need some concrete grinding as well. Affected foundation wall area size is approximately 5m x 1m. Photo shows the ground being a bit muddy due to recent waterblasting of external wall to clean off the dirt.
