1. Remove carpet and vinyl from all floors (approx 140m2); 2. Sand and polish all floors; 3. Remove bathroom suite (bath, over bath shower, toilet and vanity/hand basin); 4. Install new bathroom suite (temporary solution only - our intention is to re-model the bathroom as part of the medium to long term plan); 5. Strip wallpaper off all walls; 6. Plaster all walls and some ceilings (for paint finish); 7. Install new electrical fittings (power plugs, light switches etc). Must be available between 22 October and 15 November
