Minor plaster repairs and skim coating
Job description
Skim coating of medium-sized living room (5m x 4.55m in size), single hall wall (4.7m long) and two medium-sized bedrooms (both 3.4m x 3.9m). The walls were previously wallpapered but have been stripped and sanded ready for skim coating to take them up to a paintable finish. Some repairs need in a few places - I have included photographs of examples of these. Also new ceilings in the bedrooms and very small landing required plastering to joins in the plasterboard and repair of a couple of small holes. I have included a photo of an example.
