Finally have EQC Pay out for repairs to 2 bedroom CBD apartment. Jobs include internal wall, ceiling, joint cracks and coving repairs/replace in all rooms followed by painting. Mainly plaster and painting in most rooms and tiling in bathroom and toilet. EQC job list and area/size (m2, length/breadth) can be supplied prior to on site viewing as required. Tried uploading photos but no joy.
