Plaster around new window

Old wooden window in a bedroom has been replaced with a new ‘Smartwood’ aluminium window, leaving the inside plasterboard around the new window frame needing repair (see photos). (Builder has written on the gib “use paper tape only”). I need the plasterboard filled in and plastered to a paint finish around the new window. Note that the window is a sort of ‘bay’ type, so there is a corner on each side that will need plastering. The room is wallpapered, I’m about to strip that off and so will need all four walls plaster skimmed as well to make it ready for painting. The room size is 3.4m x 4m. Other than the wall with the window, one other wall is half taken up by a built-in wardrobe, so it is effectively only half a wall of plastering. A third wall has the entrance door, the fourth wall is just a blank wall. Ideally I need the plastering work done by the 23 Jan because the room is vacant until then. If I can’t get it done by then I’ll have to delay the whole project.
