Hallways and stairwell skimming

Have stripped wallpaper from most of the area, need cracks and holes plastered, walls skimmed to prepare for painting. Two areas have layers of paper, paint, plaster then paint that we’re struggling to remove, may need to skim over all that, or tell us to put in the hard work to strip it first! Large area, site visit required first. Would like this done in the next few weeks if we can get someone that soon.
