Job description
The ceiling in my study has a small moisture stain and a couple of cracks in the plaster. The building inspection found the problem to be historical, and the inspector tested it to be dry (please see the attached extract from the building inspection report). However ... we're selling the house, and the first Open Home is on Sunday, 15 March 2020. Can you use your skills to rise to the challenge and fix the problem by Saturday, 14 March? We have 3 sunny days before Sunday, so please make the most of it!
