stop and sand walls in our front room

We need someone to gib stop our new front room, which will be our open plan loungeroom, dining room and kitchen. The new gib has been installed on all walls and ceiling, and is being inspected by our building inspector tomorrow afternoon, so possibility to start work on this from Thursday onwards. The room is approximately 47m2, 2.7m stud. The work is all under building consent. We would like the room Square stopped. The house is walk on access only, up quite a few stairs.
