Job is to plaster a new chimney breast, floor to ceiling (gas fire inset). It's a three metre stud with a plain, basic style scotia. The chimney breast is 1700 wide and 580 deep. It is recessed each side to take shelves in the future (so the front extends like wings beyond the sides). Also require a small access hatch to be made in the gib on one side of the fireplace. There's no skirting so plastering needs to go to floorboards.
