Plastering Repairs to Foundation Wall following epoxy injection

We have just had some cracks in our foundation wall epoxy injected and now require the plaster work to be touched up. We would like the repairs to match as much as possible the original plaster work. We also require a ventilator to be plastered up due to the location of our cook top gas bottles. See the attached image for scope of works.
