Asbestos Roof and misc

Hello. How much would it cost: 1) replacing asbestos roof with a new steel roof 150 m2 2) there are a few fixings that are corroded beneath the paint work which are bleeding through the paint finish 3) The basement sill is decayed and requires replacement 4) The bathroom head flashing has mild corrosion 5) the lounge window rubber seals have shrunk away from the joinery corners 6) There is some cracking down the sides of the joinery to the cladding that should be sealed 7) The down pipe has a slight leak around the fitting to the bend 8) The concrete foundation is suffering from a crack through the centre section which has been weakened to a degree due to the number of penetrations that have been made together with the sub-floor vent 9) The opening window appears to have slightly spread at the hinge top edge and a gap remains when closed 10) garage requiring maintenance to the internal gutter This is based on property inspection report (copy available upon request). We need to get the quote for the above not later than on Monday 25 Feb. Thank you.
