They didn't finish the job including patching the ceiling that they started (as had been discussed during quote meet up), claiming that no work was done there and nothing was allowed for in the quote. They've ceased responding to messages and the job remains unfinished. Plaster chunks on the skirting had to be scraped and sanded off and the walls are definitely not as smooth as they should be.
