I have a 8 story commercial office building in Wellington that was built circa 1930. It was butchered in the 1980’s to allow false ceilings etc to be installed and unfortunately the high Stud plaster ceiling were severely compromised. I have been steadily returning it back to its original state and am looking to start work on level 6. So primarily I am looking to get the plaster work returned to original look and then painted. First part of the job is an area of about 200sq/m.
