renovate house

I am in the process of renovating my house in Tawa. First up is the spare bedroom- see photo below. All up there are 9 rooms. I have removed all the room contents, the stippled ceiling, and the wall paper. I have scrubbed the wall paper glue from the wall. The next steps are to plaster the room, then to paint it. I have never done plastering. I would like an estimate for plastering 9 rooms in preparation for painting. I envisage that the entire process will take perhaps 3 months. This would mean that I have a room to be plastered as a guess about every 10 days. second problem My house has two stories. I would like to employ a contractor to renovate the stairwell. This would mean removing the stippled ceiling coating, wall paper, painting the walls and ceiling.
