Pats stopping job

I have a newly gib'd ceiling in our kitchen/dining area. Approximately 39 sq/m. I would like to get this stopped and square stopped to join the walls. Also, all of the walls, currently painted wallpaper, I would like skimmed. This covers the above-mentioned area plus extends out into the lounge - so around another 20 sq/m. Most of that area is windows. One wall has a few small holes made to run wiring through the wall, will need plastering. See picture. Basically I want it all to paint finish, so we can walk in and just start painting.
