Remove wardrobes, prepare for new ones, install jib etc
Job description
Note - I have enough tradesmen contact me so no more interest needed at this time thanks. I'm having new wardrobes built in, I need the old ones taken out first. The job is to remove the old wardrobes and make the area ready for new wardrobes to be fitted. This will involve: - Taking out existing wardrobe doors, floors, shelves back to the framing and the floorboards. - Installing wall insulation (sound) - Putting new jib up ready to plaster - Anything else required to leave the area ready for wardrobes - Removal of rubbish The wall currently has powerpoints, I'll have an electrician either install new ones or make the wires safe. Plaster and painter also required, posted in a separate job, but if one person/company can do the lot that's a bonus. Work will need to be done on specific days to fit in with other tradesmen. Currently this is looking like 16th or 17th April, but this is subject to being moved back up to a week, to be confirmed before booking the job. Prefer builders with good ratings on Builders Crack or with an easily provable track record of good work done on a deadline. If licensing is required for this work then you must be licensed.

Thomas did a fantastic job, he did exactly what I wanted, to a high standard. He cleaned every day before he left, with his own cleaning gear. He alerted me to a few unrelated but important problems with the house, solved one for a reasonable price, and I was able to get other specialists to fix the other problems. He worked to a tight schedule that fitted in with other tradesmen, one day arriving at 7.30am and working until 6pm to finish on time. I recommend Thomas without hesitation, and I'll contact him for any building work I need done in the future.
