Plaster and Sand to paint ready finish.

Ceiling plastered and sanded to paint ready finish of approx 55m2 Walls plastered and sanded to paint ready finish of approx 15m2 May be more as this is a year long renovation. We live in the house now so need to ensure we are able to function around the work at times. One of the ceilings is in the kitchen so fixed cabinets (floor only) are obstacles. We have an internal scaffolding unit already assembled that we used to instal the gib. The Ceiling is 3m high, and the expectation is that the place is left in a state that doesn't require a huge clean up job after the tradies are gone please. If you wish to visit the site first before quoting we can only meet you after hours or on weekends. We are ~11 kms from the South End of Karori and ~11kms from the North End of Johnsonville.
