We have a small bathroom a total refit, this includes all fittings, plumbing, flooring, tiling, cabinetry and electrical. Required: - current fittings and cladding removal and disposal - sourcing all fittings in the bathroom i.e. bath, shower head, bath swing door, toilet, handbasin, taps, vanity, mirror and associated cabinetry. - electrical work includes sourcing and installation of expel-air, lamps (mirror), light fittings as well as relocation of infinity controller - plastering - sourcing and installation of tiles - sourcing and installation of window Council approved plans. Work can commence asap and hopefully be finished by the end of the mid May. There are other aspects of the wider renovation plan available for negotiation for contract winner.
