Install cornice, prep and paint 90sqm house (separate quotes fine)

I've purchased a 90sqm, 3 bedroom house and will settle at the end of October. The entire interior (less bathroom) needs to be prepped and painted. It is currently wallpapered throughout, which needs to be removed. I am also needed to have new cornices installed and re-plastering of the ceiling in the living, kitchen/dining and hallway after removal of asbestos ceiling coating (separate job). One contractor for both jobs would be ideal, but am happy to manage separate quotes too. Work would need to start mid-October. Photos of the house can be viewed at ---
