We need one skim coat of plaster over anaglypta wallpaper. Have tested a patch and skim coating works (wallpaper too difficult to remove). Lounge about 8m x 5m (over allowance on size). We can sand so you can be done in one visit. We can supply plaster. We are about 20 minutes outside Whanganui. To be done asap.
