Currently being renovated, empty 80m2, 2 bedroom house in Te kuiti needing plastering as soon as possible. Both bedrooms and laundry have new gib on walls and ceiling. Toilet has new gib on walls and ceiling. Hallways have some patches of new gib but mostly need skim coat where wallpaper has been removed and on ceiling. Bathroom has had new shower installed and needs stopping and skimming on walls and ceiling. Kitchen and lounge have been skimmed and stopped but need final coat and sand.
