Re-plaster textured ceiling
Job description
Plastered textured ceiling needs to be re-plastered without texture. This was painted around 18 months ago, however the paint has started peeling badly so needs to be stripped back and re-plastered so it can be re-painted. It is an A-frame ceiling in a lounge room down one end of the house which requires a scaffold to access, too high to get to from the ground. We have a portable scaffold that we can setup if that would be useful as the painter will need to use it afterwards anyway. I've attached a few pictures from when it was renovated to give a rough idea of the space, you can kinda see the textured ceiling in them. The house is currently tenanted, however they are willing to move out of the lounge for a few days while the plastering is done, however there shouldn't be any big gaps during the middle of the job. I have a painter to do the painting once the plastering is done. Keen to meet there soon to arrange a couple of quotes.
