Plaster and Paint following renovation
Job description
The builders just started on demolition today and will be replacing the ceiling and lining the interior of my basement studio flat (~70 m2). They predict being finished by the 23rd June and I am looking for gib stoppers/plasterers and painters to carry on the renovation off shortly thereafter. I'd be looking to carry on the upstairs decor with Dulux Double Dannevirke and Okarito White ceiling and trim.

A great finish at the end of the day but the timing obviously wasn't good for them and they struggled to get a reliable plasterer on my job and the project took 3 weeks rather than the 1.5 week estimate that I awarded the job based on.

"unfortunately we had booked jobs that were delayed and they all came in at the same time as yours and we were having to juggle Jobs, along with dampness , power cuts, and building workmanship. We throw a couple of extra requests at no additional cost to compensate for the delay."
