Plastering job for bathroom renovation

Hi Team, I have recently purchased a 1970s home in Massey, Auckland and would like a complete make-over of the bathroom (Approx --- ) and toilet (Approx 1650 x 850). There is evidence of water damage on the floor, in which the floor boards would need to be replaced. I would like the a tiled shower area and a change of the bathroom door to be able to fit a sliding door, a false wall to be incorporated. Here are the following scope of work that is required -To plaster after the walls are completed My settlement date would be end of April in which I would like to carry works out then.
