Skim coating needed in two bedrooms.
Job description
We are wanting to have two bedrooms in our 1960's home skim coated in preparation for priming/ painting. Both rooms are approx --- with a stud of 2300. including a pelmet above the blinds. One of the rooms has had wallpaper removed and the other still has a textured wall paper which if possible would be great if it can be skim coated over as it is a reasonable condition (otherwise we can remove this in advance) We would love to get this completed ASAP. I have attached images of the two rooms and the condition of the current walls/ wallpaper.
