Need a quote and timing for a renovation project at 808 Lake Road, Taupiri. There are two rooms, 35sq.m in total. Height is 2.7m. Ceilings have some joins that need repairing, walls also need cracked joints repairing. Some minor fixing/repairs will be needed. All the old wallpaper is cleanly stripped and ready for stopping. Paint finish required. 55mm or 75mm Gib coving to be fitted (decision on the size to be made shortly). I will be on site all week if you wish to arrange a visit. Please quote with proposed timing. Alex and his team did a great job. It started as just two rooms but we decided to expand the job and it ended up being almost the whole house. His attention to detail was excellent; he was determined to get everything 'just right', which is no mean feat with an older house. Overall we are very pleased with the results and will be inviting him back to do more work in the future.
