After we finish the wallpaper stripping, we require the plasterboard walls to be skim coated to a paintable finish - to be done are 2 bedrooms, a hallway and an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Timing is flexible (but this year would be good!) and unit is accessible to measure up for a quote.
