Interior plastering touch ups /paint

There are several places (interior) where there are hairline cracks (about 30cm long) which need filling and painting over. Also, a few places where the wall adjoining wooden beams looks a bit rough. A replacement ceiling light has meant a circle (about the size of a tennis ball) needs to be covered. Silicon needs replacing in several places where it's come away between floor tiles and the skirting board. There's one tile where the silicon has come away and the tile is damaged...I would like these small jobs done as soon as possible, but with care.
