Plastering where wallpaper has been removed
Job description
Plasterer needed urgently - this Friday 6 April for plasterboard that has had wallpaper removed. It came off pretty cleanly but corners and joins need attention, wall has been removed so make good the newly gibbed wall and ceiling where this was. Chippy will install gib. Small sized Kitchen lounge open plan area

Re Cost:- Price raised accordingly due to the extra 9 relocated wall sockets to be patched.
Re Workmanship:- Ex wallpaper level 5 skim completed to a top finish. Small areas of pin holing remedied.
Re Comms:- receiving texts from you at 6am; replying promptly to all other queries plus ringing you to advise your mini skip rubbish blowing around the street.
