We have small 3 bedroom house which needs to be plastered before painting. It has the wallpaper on now, but we will remove it before you start your work. I don't think our budget allow us to have done everything. Big living room and bedroom is the most important now. Plasterboard is quite old so will need probably two coats of plastering. No ceilings, just walls.
