Ceiling plastering job

I am after a plasterer/painter/ wallpaperer/handy man to help me fix up our rental over in Danniverke. Ceilings need replastered or Gibbed over and plastered. It’s a small two bedroom place. We bought the doer upper for my daughter to rent and we are now expecting a grandchild so need to tidy the place up quicker than we had originally planned! Need to have work started soon. Also want both bedrooms wallpapered (my daughter started stripping the wallpaper in her room but found lots of layers and now a bit of a mess).
