Brewery Drain

We have a central in floor drain formed in concrete. The concrete floor slope towards this drain for all brewery washdown waste. The drain is sloped and rectangular 17m long x 200mm wide with sloped depth varying from100mm to 250mm over the 18m. The drain is currently a boxing finish and needs to be plastered to provide a smooth surface to ensure good drainage. Plaster would need to withstand high and low pH as well as water up to 75C.
