Job #1 - we have had a new fire installed and unfortunately they had to cut into the gib to line up the wet back pipes. Needs Gib patched and then plastered. Area is approx 60mml x 300mmh on first wall with internal corner then 300mmh x 1400mml on wall that extends behind fire. Installers have told me it is beyond minimum clearance for combustible materials so ok to use standard GIB. Need done ASAP if possible - have included photos for this job Job #2 is a smaller patch in the ceiling where it looks like someone has nearly come through the roof and the total diameter is approx 300mm -
