Installation of new gib to ceilings

The paint on the ceiling is peeling at the moment and the chip board underneath isn't letting go of the paint so we are just going to re jib the ceilings. Below is the layout if the house. We can get the materials if required. But we are after a quote for both "installation of gib and plastered smooth ready for paint" and "plastered smooth ready for paint"
