Stairwell to be skimmed and painted with pigment sealer by ---

1 Wall in the Stairwell to be skimmed ( One area has quite a bit of skimming to be done due to bad gib replacement ) and prepared with pigment sealer that the wall paper decorator has marked. Work to be completed by --- . Job should take up to two days to allow for materials to dry. Best quality work required as it is in the foyer. A Ladder will be needed to reach top section.
