Plastering 6 rooms

I am removing wallpaper from a 1960s house. There are 4 bedrooms, a lounge and dining room to be done. At least 1 bedroom has paint while the rest are in various conditions with existing plaster, but some joins are not sealed. Not sure if wanting to paint or wallpaper and would welcome opinions on what the walls are best suited to. Ideally want this work to commence in about 2 weeks to 1 month (depending on how long it takes for the rest of the paper to be removed).
