Replaster living room ceiling

Ceiling replaced about 8 years ago, but plastering was not great quality, and we want it finished better before repainting the whole room.. Ceiling in the living room is about 35sqm. We have other rooms needing work, but this one first. A.s.a.p. after 17 March.
