Ceiling fix up

we have an old home which the ceiling paint is cracking. we need a plastering to come around and give us an idea of what can be done to fix. also this is a five bedroom home with large living area and most of the ceilings have some form of cracking. i have also removed most of the paint on one of the ceiling of one bedroom, this would need to be fully skim plastered ( unsure of the correct wording). auckland - DAIRY FLAT the last photo is the ceiling with alot of the paint removed
