This job is to replace stippled ceiling plaster board (it's asbestos free as we've already had some replaced) with new plasterboard. Alternatively, sand it smooth and skim coat it flat.
3 areas: 2.8m x 2.8m; 1.1m x 0.9m & 1.6m x 0.9m
There are a couple more rooms but we'll start with this...
