Ceiling repair

There is a small hole in our living room ceiling that needs repairing. The hole was caused by presumed water damage (presumed roof leak now fixed). The hole and surrounding damaged area (slightly soft) in the ceiling needs to be cut out, replaced with new board, plaster and then sanded ready to be painted. We can likely paint ourselves. The total area is likely 1 square meter. We are hoping to get a quote for this work.
