Gib stopping required

We require gib stopping of new internal walls which have been put up during our home renovations. In addition, we require old original walls to be skimmed to a standard that can be painted. Our entire home has been redone, totaling 3 bed, 2 bath, 1x kitchen, living and dining room. The whole house is 160 square meters. It is an older home with high ceilings. Looking for quotes based on hourly charge up rates, along with any rough estimates if possible. Thanks
