Seal water tank

I have a 25,000 gallon concrete water tank built in situ at my home in Matamata in 1991 which is cracked and leaking water. I have just finished giving it a good clean out and the cracks need to be sealed. I would like someone who knows how to do this job properly to come and fix it. I will pay a fair and reasonable price for the repairs or swap mini digger work for the job. An estimate or quote for the whole job including travel would be appreciated.
